Orders & Production
How long will my order take?
Everything we sell is made to order, so your item needs to be printed before it ships. Production typically takes 2-5 working days, then standard shipping on top. For UK orders, you're usually looking at 5-10 working days from order to delivery. International orders take 7-14 working days.
Why is everything made to order?
We don't hold stock. Every item is printed fresh when you order it, which means no waste, no clearance sales, and every design available in every size. It takes a bit longer, but it's the right way to do it. Read more about why we do it this way.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase — after that, production may have already started. Contact us as soon as possible at help@alawclothing.co.uk if you need to cancel.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free UK shipping on all orders over £20. Most of our products are priced above this threshold, so free shipping applies to the majority of orders.
Sizing
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page has a size guide with measurements. Our t-shirts and tank tops have a modern unisex fit — if you're between sizes, we'd generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because everything is made to order, we can't offer standard size exchanges. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. If you're unsure, drop us an email at help@alawclothing.co.uk before placing your order and we'll help you choose.
Returns & Refunds
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll sort it. Contact us within 30 days at help@alawclothing.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because our products are made to order, they're exempt from the standard 14-day right to return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We can't accept change-of-mind returns, but if something isn't right with your order we'll always do our best to help. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Products
Are your designs official Leeds United merchandise?
No. ALAW Clothing is an independent fan brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Leeds United Football Club. All our designs are original artwork inspired by fan culture — no official crests or licensed marks.
What are the t-shirts made from?
Our t-shirts are premium heavyweight unisex tees — thick, soft cotton that holds the print well and lasts. Our tank tops are soft combed and ring-spun cotton in a modern unisex fit. Full fabric details are on each product page.
Will you be adding new designs?
Yes — we add new designs regularly. Follow us on Instagram @alawclothing to see new drops first.
